Dive at The Blue Hole

One of the most famous dive sites in all Belize is the Great Blue Hole, located on the northern part of the Lighthouse Reef Atoll. The hole is circular in shape, over 300 meters across and 125 meters deep.

The world’s largest natural formation of its kind, the Great Blue Hole is also a World Heritage Site (UNESCO). It is a deep dive and therefore only recommended to experienced divers.

Snorkeling the Blue Hole is also an amazing experience. See the deep blue on one side and a colorful rim of corals on the other. Enjoy a variety of fish and sometimes even sharks, turtles and rays.
