very own chocolate bar.
It’s not just about making chocolate though, it’s about the experience. Our tour will take you on a journey through time, as you discover the fascinating process of how chocolate is made from bean to final product. Get your hands dirty as you roast your own beans on a traditional clay griddle, or put your muscles to work as you grind your beans on the metate – a tool that’s been used for centuries.
